Creating Programs in Spanish

Unicode characters can be inserted by using the Language Bar within Windows. For more information on how to enable the language bar, please see this Microsoft Article: HOW TO: Use the Language Bar in Windows XPIf copying/pasting Unicode characters from another application, such as Word, you will need to be sure that you have that particular language set enabled within the Language Bar settings.
