Issue with Windows 7, Lectora X.6 and latest Flash version

Recently my computer crashed due to a virus and I was forced to move to a Windows 7 machine with the latest version of Flash (11) on it. I orignially had an XP system with Flash 10 on it and am using Lectora Enterprise X.6. Now when I publish programs, my audio files are not playing and the following error is coming up on users' machines "Windows Blocking SWFLASH.CAB, unknown publisher". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Lectora at Trivantis' request. I have also tried putting Flash 10 back on my machine but then for some reason Lectora is not recognizing that I even have Flash on my machine and won't work at all.
Can anyone tell me what version of Flash I should try to get my machine and my users' machines working again when I publish to HTML? I know others have been having issues with the latest version of flash based on the other threads I have seen on here. What version of Flash did you back up to in order to fix your issues?
