Entry field issues in HTML publication

I am using the most recent version of Lectora and the Browser version is Windows XP. I don't get an error message, the screen just sits there and you can't move your cursor to the entry fields or enter anything. The boxes are not overlapping; I made sure of that when I originally built the EXE version of the program.There is absolutely no reason that I can think of why the data entry fields won't work since they worked just fine for the last year in the EXE version. It is quite bizarre to say the least.
