Issue with 50 question test

I have had a 50-question test that I have used for 3 years now with no problems whatsoever. I recently had to update it (I just changed a few questions and their answers; nothing else.) and now it will not score properly. After rebuilding it from scratch, using debug mode, unloading Lectora 08 and putting it back on and finally just building it 3 pages at a time I discovered that it breaks down and won't score properly at around 42 questions. Is there some kind of new limit to tests that will not allow for more than 40 questions? It works perfectly up til then and then starts saying that the questions were not answered even though they were and correctly at that. (I could do them in my sleep by this time I have rebuilt it and taken it so many times now.)Any thoughts out there because I am at a total loss on what is going on since I have never ever had this issue before and I have been using Lectora for 3 plus years now. So it isn't like I don't know what I am doing...this is driving me crazy! I have used every "fix" listed on this forum for similar issues and rebuilt from scratch at least 5 times with the same result so it isn't like it is a corrupted file or questions. I even had my boss publish it from his computer and got the same results.
