Autoplay not working

Greetings. I have a small mp4 in my course that should autoplay and loop. The course was last published in 2020 and everything works fine. In Lectora 21, rather than the video autoplaying, the course page is greyed out with a "play" arrow on top. Once that arrow is clicked, it works fine.
I have checked my settings in Lectora and my browser (allow videos to autoplay). I have removed the video and reinserted it then published. Still doesn't work.
Does anyone have any ideas? Here are pictures to show what is happening.
