Timing Off When Published

Thank you everyone. I have not worked with script commands before, but I'm always up for learning new things. Does anyone know of a good tutorial or help site for learning script commands, if so it would be greatly appreciated

Thanks,

Jesse

Hey everyone. I've been having issues with time revealed text and images that are syncronized with the audio. When I preview them in Lectora, everything is timed perfectly. My text and audio all appears exactly when it should, right down to a fraction of a second. After I publish to HTML however, I find that the timing is off on a lot of my objects, and it usually involves the objects appearing way too early. I am using Lectora Enterprise Edition(v 9.2) so I cannot add events to my audio or video files. What I have been doing is adding actions to my objects(with the objects being initially invisible). The action is:

On: Show
Action: Show
Target: Text Block 1
Delay Before Action: 10 seconds - (This would be the point in the audio, that I have to manually time, in which I need the text to appear that corresponds with the audio.)

I have 2 questions:

1. If I had Professional Publishing Suite and was using the audio and video editor to time reveal my text and images by adding Events, would this eliminate my timing issues after I published to HTML?

2. If my company will not pay for the upgrade, is there another way of doing this that will solve the problem I am having when publishing?

Thanks,
Jesse
