Multiple Tests or Multiple Sections?

Hey everyone,
I'm trying to finish up a course that a team member started building before they left for another job. The course is set up as follows:
Section 1(Built in Captivate 4 with javascript code to continue to next page when done playing)
Question Section 1(Consists of 3 questions built in Lectora)
Section 2(Built in Captivate 4 with javascript code to continue to next page when done playing)
Question Section 2(Consists of 3 questions built in Lectora)
This pattern continues through a total of 6 sections of content then questions. After the last set of questions it goes to a Conclusion page that needs to display the combined score of all questions asked throughout the module and display a pass/fail message if they score 80% or above.
The problem I'm running into is that if I make one test with six sections, I can't seem to put any content inbetween the test sections. If I make six separate tests, I don't know how to show/report the average score of the combined six tests. Any suggestions?
