Flypaper SWFs - On Done Playing

The action "On: Done Playing" works for some .swf files I've published with Flypaper, but not for others. For the files that aren't working correctly, the "On: Done Playing" action executes as soon as the .swf file loads. Has anyone else run into this issue?
So far, I think the only distinction between the working and non-working files are that the ones that work were published from my laptop, which is running XP, but anything I've published from my Desktop, which is Windows 7, doesn't work. I have Lectora Inspire X.6 loaded on both machines.

I attended a training class in Chicago last year and for some reason I seem to recall them saying the 'on done playing' worked intermittently, but that was regarding audio/video. I wont swear by that because I can't find it in my notes, but it seems to be what I remember.
Jesse, I've also encountered the same issues with my Flypaper files, and the same action doesn't work for video's in Lectora either. I think it has something to do with the browser type, because the action will work fine when previewed in Firefox, just not in IE.
