Done Playing Action and Lectora 9?

Hey Everyone. I have a co-worker that is haveing some issues with my "Done Playing" action. She has several audio files that have ON:Done Playing, Hide "X" actions, and they work fine in preview mode. When she publishes to HTML, the actions no longer work. We've tried compressing the audio into .flv format, as well as using .wav, mp3, and .wma formats, but nothing is working. She is using Lectora 9 Enterprise Edition(with no updates). I have a course that was built in Lectora X Professional Publishing Suite that uses "Done Playing" actions, set up identical to her course, on .wma files that works flawlessly when published. Was there a bug or fix that was issued to Lectora 9 that dealt with Done Playing actions not fuctioning properly, or is there possibly another issue?
