Remove Unused on Publish. Move is better

1. I use it most ALL the time except in certain testing situations. I have all the source graphics in another file (they came from somewhere else originally) so no worries there. I practically never get anything from the images folder to put on a page in Lectora. The situation when I don't use it is when I have duplicated the .awt file and am cutting out parts of it to test. Dangerous. Better to have copied the entire folder and test there. 2. I don't much care about a secondary location as I always have the source graphics as I said in 1. Much safer. But it SURE would be nice to either (a) default to my last choice (my first choice) or (b) have a default in Preferences.
