Randomize Answers in Test Questions

While I certainly understand where you're coming from Jaap, I have to agree with Ben on this one. Aside from the excellent reason he gave (and the fact, that you noted, that Ben also shares TONS of expertise here for free), I also think one has to look at the level of complexity of the solution being offered. It's one thing to share gratis a relatively quick solution you've worked out, but, for something that required a lot of coding, etc., it seems reasonable to not want to give all of that work away (especially when you're an independent contractor relying on any kind of business you can to make a living).


Also, some of his solutions would be way too complex to post in a forum like this for someone else to implement. And, even for those of us with no budget to buy anything, sometimes just knowing that a thing is possible to do can be helpful as a spur to try and figure out a/the solution on my own.
