PPT Repository error + Captcha error on support ticket

I am getting the repository error when trying to import a PPT as a new title or importing PPT into an existing title. I see all the posts saying to submit a support ticket, but it appears there may be an issue there as well. It wont let me submit my ticket because there is an issue/error with the captcha feature on the form. See attached screenshot. I have tried both the PPT import and submit ticket on both safari and chrome.

I am now also getting the repository error when trying to check in changes.
Sorry about the reCaptcha on the support portal, that was fixed shortly after you experienced it.
If you receive issues on save or check in please submit a support ticket (now that you can).
