Works in Run Mode but not when uploaded to LMS

First thing, did it work in HTML publish? Always test that way before testing in the LMS. Run mode is not good for testing LMS functionality.
Second, make sure that the swf files are in the right location. You may need to copy them into the root folder for it to work properly. Test this in HTML format.
