Time to Publish a Lectora file?

Hi!
I have a course that, with all elements, was about 284 MB in size and took at least 15 minutes to complete when I hit Publish. Since I have a number of courses that I am going to have to import into Lectora, Publish and upload to the LMS, I will like to get an idea of how long each is going to take.
Does anyone (Trivantis) have a guide to understanding how long a course takes to compile when you hit Publish (i.e. for a 1MB course size it takes 5 minutes, A 100 MB course takes 60 minutes, etc)?
Any tips to speed up the process?
