Working within Lectroa but failing when published

I'm using Lectora X.2 and I finding that pages that I've hand crafted within Lectora either not working at all or working differently. One specific instance I've nailed down is Lectora ignoring cue points in audio. Within the editor's debug mode all cue points trigger. When published some audio's cue points trigger and some don't.
I can "fix" some problem audio by reloading the original audio and then setting new cue points but for others I need to redesign the page so that it doesn't rely on cue points.
Cue points are a very powerful addition to Lectora but next to useless if they can't work consistently.
Another issue is where only the first action in an action group gets run - the remainder being ignored.
Its no fun spending one day building a simple course and then two more days trying to get it to work.
