Seamless play title failing
February 7, 2017 12:00 AM
When I HTML publish a title with seamless play on (in Lectora 17.0.1) it sort of runs and then fails.
I have a page with a number of form elements and some text and when I continue to the next page the form elements and text remain so that the content of the new page overlaps it.
If I publish without seamless play the title runs as expected.

I popped into the Community to track down just this issue! I'm experiencing the same thing. I recently installed v17.0.2 to take advantage of the seamless and auto play (for my iPad learners). I'm opening and re-publishing one of my v16.2.2 courses. Overall the course works well, and the iPad users get their audio started as expected. BUT, like you reported, we're randomly getting the contents of pages "stacked" on top of each other.
Based on early troubleshooting, I'm finding that it only happens in older versions of IE11. New versions IE11, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge seem to not exhibit the symptom.
When the issue manifests itself, it starts with no audio playing on the screen. If I proceed to the previous or next page, the contents of both pages appear. That continues until the course either crashes/closes or I have to force restart the browser.
My client user Cornerstone, but I'm in the process of trying to replicate the issue on SCORM Cloud.
Quick follow-up. I was able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, so it potentially points away from Cornerstone as the culprit.
Issue happens sporadically on Win7+IE11 (11.0.9600.18617)
I can't seem to replicate on the same Win7 machine using Chrome or Win10 and any current browser (including IE11 (11.953.14393)
The page(s) that most often cause the issue have multiple audio files on them. As an experiment, I removed all the audio files that fire as a result of user intervention. Only the initial audio file plays on load. This seemed to help (took longer for issue to manifest), but the issue did finally replicate after multiple runs through the course.
