Update Save As file browser

Not huge issue, but updating the save as file browser to be more contemporary would be great.
The choose folder button(red callout) and the subsequent 6ft of scrolling(blue call out) are a little outdated and usually not the most efficient way of finding and creating folders. Using the standard Windows Explorer window in my opinion would be a much nicer and easier way to navigate folders/files to get where you want to go.
