Error copying file

I'm trying to save a quick test file out, and it's not letting me save it anywhere in my My Documents folder. Any idea why?
I'm trying not to put it in the MyTitles folder since that was created and probably still managed by Lectora V11 on my other computer. So I created a new folder for my V16 projects (My Documents\V16 Titles), but if I try saving there or saving in a subfolder... I get the error. I have full rights and permissions to save there and modify anything in my documents folder.

Just tried using a different file name. Same result/error box
