Text Boxes on Final Assessment

How can you change the size of the text boxes on the final assessment? I was able to do it on accident once by playing around wiht stuff, & now I can't figure it out again! It only gives me a very small space to type out my question, and whatever doesn't fit in the tiny window gets cut off! Plus the response boxes are also very tiny, and I don't know if it will cut their text off, also! Help!
