Error Message Lectora Version 2006

I have been working on my project with hardly a glitch, but now for some reason I keep getting a constant error message that says, "unable to load image file LOCATIONhere+NAMEofFILE" and I can't remember why this started popping up...if it was because I deleted the image somewhere but somewhere in the presentation it's still trying to pull it up??? It pops up when I first click into the presentation and also when I click the icon of the green light to view the presentation. Can someone please help me get rid of this??? Constantly clicking out of it makes my work take twice as long!
