Adding rollovers

I am trying to add rollovers to my project created using Lectora version 2006, and don't particularly care for the look of the standard popup (resembles a windows error message...) so I have been told that many people make text box and turn off the initially visible feature...but how do you turn that text box into a rollover? I tried adding an action to the text box, adding a transparent button over the text I want to be clicked to bring up rollover text, but neither of these seemed to do the trick...any advice??
