Publishing lectora 2006

Anyone have advice for how to actually publish this thing in lectora 2006?? I'm new to lectora and have no idea!! Also, how can I make it so that people who accidentally click out of the browser window then try & access the page again from the same computer will be able to start again where they left off? THANKS!!!
