SCORM 2004 thoughts/suggestions?

Our LMS (Saba Enterprise 5.3.something) advertises that it's 2004 compliant. And our management wants to leverage 2004 sequencing in our 2009 compliance course ware.I don't think that Lectora supports anything like this "in the box" - is this accurate? We'd need to create the SCOs and then edit/recreate the manifest ourselves, right?Sorry to hijack this with my question.
