Are each of the courses consistant naming?
Example: slide1, slide2... slide10 for both MP3 and SWF?
If it is, here is what I would do.
Create a flash file to hooks into Lectora, that reads and writes lectora's variables. You use Lectora to handle LMS interactions. Then all you would have to do is modify a variable and course title/ect. and the flash file would handle all the swf and MP3 interaction. You just add the files as Additional files to the Title.
This would speed it up a ton for a lot of courses. If you don't have someone to program that, you can email me at gmoore@i3logic.net and I can see what we can do for you at our office. (we do this often)
