Questions on Importing webinars

I sent this to support but figured I may get some quick answers here.

Briefly, we have a bunch of assets that are webinars (WebEx). The original files are Breeze files and include .mp3 and .swf. For each slide of the webinar there is a corresponding .mp3 and .swf (ex. Slide1.mp3 and Slide1.swf) that work together.I want to be able to do two things:

1. In order to just get some of our assets up on the LMS, I would like to bring in the entire webinar as it is originally recorded (as if the learner were playing the .wrf (WebEx) file directly – I don’t want to convert that file to a .avi or .wmv as it doesn’t look good). Anyone have any ideas to quickly do this?

2. I want to know how to better create individual pages for these webinars for some more control. [By the way, we would be publishing to SCORM/Web-based.]

For #2, I can create the individual pages and bring in the .mp3 and the corresponding .swf files into Lectora but there are some issues/questions I have with that process. Currently, I have to create a page then drag/drop both of the corresponding .mp3 and .swf files onto that page.:

A. Is there a way to pair (i.e. slide1.mp3 with slide1.swf, slide2.mp3 with slide2.swf, etc) these files and have them automatically create individual pages? (ex. The file I’m working on now has 30 pages so I have to create 30 pages, then drag/drop slide1.mp3 and slide1.swf onto page 1, slide2.mp3 and slide2.swf onto page 2, etc.) Is there a faster way?

B. When dropping a .mp3 file onto the page, a Speaker icon appears. I changed the Speaker Icon to a Controller Icon so that learners can see how much speaking time is left. As long as the controller isn’t moved forward or backward the .swf links up ok. However, if the learner decides to move that controller back to re-listen to something, the audio and .swf are out of sync. Is there a way to link the controller to the .swf so that if it is moved, the .swf and the mp3 files stay in sync?

C. If I can’t link the controller in 'B' above, then I will make the icon invisible. Is there a way that I can include a progress bar so that the learner knows how much time is left on that slide (is the time determined automatically or do I have to know how much time the slides take and then input that information)?

D. Can I set the Properties for the .mp3 file to globally Auto Start on each slide? (right now, I have to go to each page, click the speaker icon, select properties, check AutoStart, etc).

E. Is there a way to select an area on the page so that when I bring in the .swf, it automatically fills the area? (right now, I am dragging/dropping the .swf on each page, then having to resize and reposition it on each of the pages). I would like to be able to create one block the right size and in the right position and then have the .swf file fill that spot.

F. If so, can this area be placed on one slide and have it automatically populate all the slides?

G. When I run the course as it currently is, I go to a page and the .mp3 automatically plays and the .swf file follows along. However, when the audio stops and the .swf stops, the .swf file then replays again, which it shouldn’t do. Any ideas as to why this happens?

Thanks...
