Publishing Course Times Out

We have been running into trouble uploading(publishing) large courses (100 MB)to the LMS (Coursemill) using Lectora's built-in wizard. After the SCORM file(.zip) is created we press the "Send" button and after about 2 minutes Lectora throws a "Connection Timed Out" alert message. Is the Timeout(connection loss) issued by Lectora or by our server?If Lectora is setting the timeout is there a way to increase the timeout length?
