CourseMill Student PC requirements

I just wanted to check to see what the required elements or system specfications a user who would be using a course would need to have in order to use all the options presented in a course that has been uploaded from Lectora 2005?What are the recommend PC Specfications?Do they need to install a Java runtime environment or virtual machine?
