Preview dialog bug

HTML publishing a title happens with no issues until I try to preview it. If I select the small arrow next to the Preview dropdown and select a browser, it works as expected. If I select the Preview button (rather than activating the dropdown) the folder containing the published content is open d in explorer.
Selecting the Preview button used to/should launch the published content in the last browser I selected.
