Playing SWF files placed in Lectora in LM

I published the swf in Captivate normally which created the skin swf and the movie swf. I then copied the two swf files into both the image and externa folders. I put the files in the additional files in the topic properties. The movie shows fine through the lectora browser but when viewed through IE only the skin shows. If I delete the skin, the movie plays fine. It also doesn't show through the LMS once the Lectora file is uploaded to it.
