I had actually thought of creating a mirror page but knew there had to be an easier way.On another note, I went to your website and was very interested in your phone training list. Our company is always looking for ways to improve our call center training (I work for MassMutual Financial Group). I showed it to my boss. I may be back in touch about that as well.
