Published content shifts

This is driving me nuts. Again 200+ pg course due tomorrow. Published it today in our LMS and text boxes have shifted. I have text boxes falling off pages, hotspots have moved and so forth.Any quick fixes? Any solutions so this won't happen again?Thanks
