Two people in a file at the same time

I can't agree enough with Kevin's recommendation NOT to use the .awt files directly from the network. That's one of the most common sources of crashes, corrupt files, and slowness problems when working with Lectora. However, you may be able to use this limitation to your advantage, if, instead of copying the files to your hard drive to work on them, you move them instead. That way, they won't be there for the other person to mess with if you're in the middle of working on them. Then, when you're done, you can move them back up to the network so they'll be available to the other person. (One caveat: If you choose to use this method, before you move the files I'd make a zip backup, using the Export menu, and keep that zip file on the network, in case something goes horribly wrong along the way.)Just my $.02!Laura
