Thanks,I agree. In a previous job we always worked locally, never from the hard drive. At this company, it is strongly recommended that nothing gets stored on a hard drive (because of security reasons, access, etc.). I do put a flash drive in and save to that. Some of our developers have lost a day of work which the IT folks have had to restore. Now there's talk of outlawing flash drives.
