This is due to the fact of how SumTotal uses their wrapper around the course content. If you are using Lectora 2006 SP2 or higher, go to the url listed below and download the SumTotal PublishToPack and once installed, publish out using the Publish to SumTotal option. The one item you want to make sure you don't select is that the course will be displayed in a separate window. Regardless of whether it is or not, do not select that option and see if that clears up your issue.http://www.lectora.com/support/downloads/extensions.html
