Pooled Random Tests

Happy New Year! Has anyone had any success using the pooled random question feature for tests? My client is concerned that we can't control the exact questions to be included in the test. For example, we need to ensure Q1 appears in the test but if you ask Lectora to select questions from a pool of questions we can not guarantee Q1 will be selected. Any thoughts?
