I place revision dates on the front page of my programs and then if it is a large revision and we need folks to re-take the program and test, we announce it in an email format and on our Training Blog and Forum that we use internally. I don't know of a way to do it in Lectora unless you create a customized popup to show up "on Show" on the first page of your program once it is opened.
