Camtasia and Snagit - included with Lectora Inspire - only support Windows 7 and higher.

Titles published for offline use can be written to external media such as CD-ROMs and Flash drives and require one of the following operating systems:

Could you please confirm about flashing issue? Is it fixed?
The way Lectora loads HTML pages currently each page is wiped clean and the next page is loaded. That has not changed in this 16.2 release. We are working on a new page load method that will eliminate the "flash" however that requires a major architecture change and extensive testing. We expect this to be implemented in the end of this year/Q1-2017 release. We will certainly make announcements here on the Community when this is available.

You're going to want to get a hold of Support then. They have multiple ways of getting files from you that hopefully won't be blocked. Including an upload option on their form. And they can also take a look at the issue which might help expedite the process because if I get stuck I call on them any ways :) There's a Submit a Support ticket button on the upper right hand side of the screen under the active users group or you can fill out the form here http://trivantis.com/contact-support Feel free to mention that we chatted in the community or include me in the comments.
Hmmm...Can you share the source files so I can see the issue in action or try to recreate it? If they're too big to be shared on the site feel free to send them via email to jennifer.valley@trivantis.com. I recommend using the free website WeTransfer which helps send compressed files to mail recipients.
I updated a course after the update and now my test results are having issues. I have it set to review test questions page by page with a green check displayed for correct answers and a red x for incorrect answers. This is based on show actions with conditions based on whether the answer was correct. It works on regular questions but on multi-select questions it always shows incorrect. Help. I'm getting multiple complaints from our trainees. What was changed that would cause this?
Is there another way to share them? I can't email zip files and that website is blocked at my work.
Ok. I already sent a ticket to them. I was able to revert to an older version of the published course from this morning. Is there a way to go back to 16.1 in the meantime? I can't edit any courses containing multiple response questions without messing up the test results.
I think you'd have to uninstall and reinstall 16. Then update Lectora only until 16.1 or 16.1.2 Be sure to go into your Lectora Preferences to make sure auto updating is turned off. The download file to update Lectora are here: http://trivantis.com/service-pack-downloads/ If you don't have your original 16 exe file you can have support send you one. You could also trying downloading a trial but I think the trials are all set up to automatically give you 16.2 but I could be mistaken.
I'm finding that all my actions are being nullified after the playing of audio after upgrading to 16.2. Which seems pretty major.
Are you referring to action attached to an event in the audio file? Can you share your file?
When our team upgrades to Lectora 16.2 the preview mode no longer worked and any courses published would only play Chrome, all other browsers just had a white screen. If you are using Windows 10 I highly suggest not upgrading until they have a fix.
A service pack was released today (16.2.1). Included in the pack was fixes for outstanding customer issues.
- Crash when importing PowerPoint that includes shapes with reflections
- Importing From PowerPoint on Tools ribbon not importing shapes
- Audio recorded with 16.1.2 causes errors in 16.2
