Inserting Chapters after pages already added.

Try moving the pages you want prior to the chapter to that postion, instead of moving the chapter. It can be tricky - observe how the insert icon displays in the nav bar.

I created a course. At the title level, I included a number of pages (36). I now want to add a chapter level before several groups (so that I only have about 5 items in the TOC). However, when I add the Chapter, Lectora puts them at the end of my page listing. When I try to click/hold and move the Chapters up to the front of the pages that I want, it won't do it (it keeps the Chapters at the bottom of the list of pages.
Thoughts?
