Use the Lectora Video Editor and add in an event at the end of the movie so "show" then have it targetted at your next button. You can add several and have the instructional text change as well. So as the video is playing, have it say "Please watch the video before moving on." Then when the video is done, have it "change contents" to your new text "The movie is complete, please click Next."
