Cordinating objects to display with audio

To re-enforce what Ben said, the first time I did video and text I used transition times. Sometimes it works, most time the text transition is either half a second ahead of or behind the video; which becomes quite distracting.I've been waiting for the time to change this to events once I learned how. Just haven't had enough of it lately.
