Can't stop scroll bars on Captivate popup

Any ideas why I can't get my "New Window Properties" to accept a checkmark for "No Scrollbars"? I've never seen this happen before.My course is 785X600, but my Captivate files are 1004X703 so they are sitting on separate popup pages. The pages are sized to 1010X710. The really crazy thing is that one of my pop ups works great - opens in a new window, no scrollbars - but the other ones open with scrollbars, even though all of the settings are the same - same size swf file, same size page, same settings to open the popup window, etc.On the pages that have scrollbars, if I shrink the Captivate file a large amount the scrollbars disappear, but there's a lot of white space on the edges and the image is too small. On the page that works, the image is stretched to all four sides.I'm trying to publish this today and can't figure it out. Massively tight deadline (been working like mad to get it done).
