Background image keeps reloading in LMS

You know what would be really great?If the common background image was loaded into the title manager frame so it NEVER reloaded.Then IF the content html background color was TRANSPARENT ( body {background-color: transparent}; ) instead of a color (ie. ) then all of the pages loaded into the content frame would appear over the background.There's actually a way to do this by writing to the innerhtml of the titlemgr frame. Easier if Trivantis would consider making this a choosable option....
