Background image keeps reloading in LMS

@Lex_Tensions] You know what would be really great?If the common background image was loaded into the title manager frame so it NEVER reloaded.Then IF the content html background color was TRANSPARENT ( body {background-color: transparent} ) instead of a color (ie. ) then all of the pages loaded into the content frame would appear over the background.There's actually a way to do this by writing to the innerhtml of the titlemgr frame.
