Background image keeps reloading in LMS

While not taking the time to try these, here are a couple of ideas.1. How does it look if you change the backgound color to white?2. Instead of referencing the image as on the Background tab, make that None. Then take the image and put it at the top on the title level. Maybe the browser will only preload it and load it only once.Let us know if either of these work.
