Web Window Not Working When Published

Hello. I am working in Lecora 12.1.2. I am trying to use a web window to play a video that is housed on Brightcove. When I preview in browser, the video plays fine. However, when I publish to our LMS, it just appears as a large black box. The video doesn't appear or play.
Any ideas?

I checked and it is open to the public, so that's not it. If I take the same link and put it in a web browser on multiple computers, it plays fine.

Sounds like a potential permissions issue. Is the video open to the public?
If the URL of your video starts with "HTTP" (not "HTTPS"), and your LMS URL starts with "HTTPS" (not "HTTP"), you will have a problem because ecure pages (LMS) cannot display unsecure content (video). Try changing the URL to HTTPS and see if it helps.
