Completed Status Doesn't retain if return to course after completing

Yes, Yes, Yes - we're having the exact same problem with our Xerceo LMS! (We publish to SCORM 2004.) I have been completely unable to find the cause of, or solution to, this problem. If you figure it out, could you PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE share it with me?
