Using Sections in Tests and % Accuracy to Continue

If the Oops page is immediately after your test, then my best guess is that you are not processing the test. If your tests are randomized you should not need to do anything. If they are NOT randomized then you need to have an action on the Next button on the last page that is Submit/Process Test/Survey instead of GoTo Next page.

You also might consider posting your course in the Files section of the Lounge using File menu > Export > Zip and post that.
