Formatting table sizes and settings

I'm not sure I understand your problem, Ed. Column size can be specified (after you create the table)... If you want to change the width of a column, just select the column (by going to the top of it until you see the down arrow and then clicking), then right click on one of the selected cells and choose Table, Cell Properties and then, in the Cell Properties dialog box, change the value in the Cell Width field. (There's also a Cell Margin field, if you want to play with that.)That's pretty much the same way it works in Word, too...you don't specify the cell widths at the time you create the table, you fix them after the table has been created.Does this help?LauraEdited By: Tecocat on 2008-7-24 11:6:40
