A few additional thoughts:
1. If you double-click the message in the error checker box, it should take you to the error.
4. You have several choices of how to deal with unused resources. Here is some info:
After you click the Publish button, you get a warning message about any resources that are no longer being used in a title.
Remember that whenever you put any shape, image, button, audio, video, document, etc. in the course, a copy is placed in the appropriate Lectora folder. Even if you delete the item from the page, the file is still in the folder.
This message lets you know about these unused resources. You have several choices.
Remove
If you click this button, the unused files will not be included with the published files. This button does not delete the files in the Lectora folders, so they will still be available for you to use later, if you want.
Don't Remove
If you click this button, the unused files will be included with the published files.
Delete Resource Files From Hard Drive
If you check this box, the files will be deleted permanently from the Lectora files. If that is your only copy of the file, you will lose it.
Remember that at any time you can go to the Resource Manager to look through your unused resources and delete them if you want to. This lets you make individual decisions about what to do with them, as opposed to the all-or-nothing decision you can make here.
5. I'm wiith Ben, that this seems odd and may require support. Just check your test properties first and make sure you don't have it set to retain answers across sessions. If that is set, perhaps someone was testing it out under the same profile and the answers are being retained.
