Text Box headach in RCD

Using Lectora version 16, converting a previous Lectora title to a RCD title. The problem I'm having is text boxes are not displaying correctly in Phone and Tablet Portrait view. This is occurring on page labeled "Tools to Track Progress and Manage Performance", images are displayed with text(text box) below. The first text displays ok but succeeding text do not. Can someone offer some assistance please.

Your zip wasn't uploaded. This may because it's larger then the max size allowed (102400 KB) or your companies fire wall is interfering. If the file is quite large in size can you try re uploading it with just the effected page. When you say it's not displaying correctly can you explain what your seeing?

Hi Jennifer, thanks for responding to my post, I appreciate your help. I seem to be having a number of issues understanding Lectora RCD processes. If you have time maybe we can discuss those issues after addressing my immediate problem. You can access the zipped file from this Dropbox url:

I removed quite a bit of the course to reduce the size for an ideal compression size.

So in detail, this is my problem regarding the page labeled "Tools to Track Progress and Manage Performance". When you view the page in Lectora Inspire v16 in edit mode, each view configuration is displayed with no problems however when viewed in the "Run Mode, Preview or Browser Mode" in the Portrait views the text boxes are not displayed correctly.

When executed in either "Run Mode, Preview or Browser Mode" The first text box starting with the text Key Performance Indicators... displays properly (notice the text box width is expanded.) however the remaining text boxes that reads, Wall Charts..., Cost Reports..., Schedules..., Manpower Reports..., and Daily Jobsite Reports... are not displayed correctly under each image (these specific text boxes are not expanded in width like they should be although they are configured to be displayed this way when viewed in Edit Mode ), and I'm not sure why.

As you can see in the Desktop and Landscape views the text boxes are all positioned to the left of their related images, whereas in the Portrait views the text boxes are placed under their respected images but the widths of the text boxes are not expanded.

To me, this seems an Override issue on the Tablet Portrait view in edit mode but I cannot find the fault. Can you offer me some assistance in resolving this issue?

I'm getting a 404 error when I try to access the link. It might be the permission settings? Feel free to drop me an email and attach it that way or send it to my email from drop box jennifer.valley@trivantis.com.

Click here for the correct link. It is a 140+ Mb download, by the way.

I think you may be having the same issue I had. If you put margins on a text box, it'll display the text in the shape you specified in desktop view, even if you specify a different shape in the mobile views. I use margins everywhere and I'm not sure yet what is the easiest workaround.

Thank you Sergey. Ok Jennifer, so it seems you got a copy of the title. Great. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.

Thank you for assisting Sergey!

I'm going to have to agree with the comment on the post about the margins being the issue. Rwalters and I worked out a similar issue on one of his RCD courses a couple weeks ago and we found that adding any margin on text blocks can cause content to be shifted or cut off in mobile and tablet view. It's predominantly an issue with Internet Explorer and I brought it to our developers attention. Removing the margin will keep the text from cutting off or shifting unnecessarily.
